Dr. Michael Greger, of Nutritionfacts.org, has done an incredible talk on the top causes of death and how diet can prevent and even cure almost all of these. Using a wide array of peer-reviewed literature, the video is shocking and could just potentially save your life. Now available as a Google Video, How Not to Die (the same title as his recently-released book) is an excellent summary of the links between eating more plants (and less animals) and staying healthier and living longer.
